I am not able to login into NoteActive.

• If you are logging into NoteActive Web (desktop), always open the NoteActive Web Logbook in the Google Chrome browser and verify whether you are entering the correct user credentials.

To log into Web Logbook, you will need your assigned Access key and the facility password that you are trying to log into.  Please contact the administrator for your agency to obtain your assigned Access Key or submit a support ticket.

• If you are trying to log into NoteActive Android (tablets) restart the tablet then try logging in with your login credentials. To log into the NoteActive application on your tablet you will need facility password and your assigned PIN.
